Kernel Concept has the responsibility to keep the personal information, relating to carry out the business, safe.
We will comply with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines set by government when handling and filing personal information.
Personal information protection management system is reviewed and improved to handle and keep the personal information in any process in our business as following.
1. We will collect only the personal information required for employment and our business. We will not apply those personal information to the usage beyond of employment and our business. We will take necessary measures to check the unintended use.
2. We will take necessary and appropriate measures to protect the personal information from unauthorized access, breach, loss and damage.
