For free, employee can attend a class of C language follow up program in Kernel Career School.

Guaranteed base salary with license such as IT engineer
Company will provide housing allowance of 20,000 Yen for employees recruited for Nagoya working place and 50,000 Yen for employees recruited for Tokyo working place according to the following conditions.
Condition 1: Graduates and post graduates from Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kyushu (including Okinawa), Shikoku, Nigata prefecture.
Condition 2: Workplace is not hometown.
Same rule is applied to the person who is not graduates or post graduates from the above regions.
