The following benefits are applicable only for Kernel Concept, Japan.

Some hotels and pensions can be staied at lower price with company subsidy.
Movie tickets can be gotten at discount price.
Club activities such as baseball, futsal, bascketball, ski and badminton are subsidised by company.
Support system for personal development
Company susidizes 30% of expence of purchasing personal computer for own uses.For free, employee can attend a class of C language follow up program in Kernel Career School.
For free, employee can take a preperation course of IT engineer exam.
Company subsidizes to purchase English speaking and listening study tools.
Celebration money system for IT engineer exam and TOEIC
Guaranteed base salary with license such as IT engineer
Housing allowance
Company will provide housing allowance of 20,000 Yen for employees recruited for Nagoya working place and 50,000 Yen for employees recruited for Tokyo working place according to the following conditions.
Condition 1: Graduates and post graduates from Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kyushu (including Okinawa), Shikoku, Nigata prefecture.
Condition 2: Workplace is not hometown.
Same rule is applied to the person who is not graduates or post graduates from the above regions.
